Nutrition Tips

I love this recipe because it is healthy, literally takes about 5 minutes to make and tastes amazing. It is great to have on hand when you are craving something sweet and indulgent but don’t want to eat something like ice cream or candy and feel crappy afterward. This recipe is particularly suited for women who are experiencing PMS! The magnesium and potassium will help ease menstrual cramps and this takes care of the sugar/chocolate cravings without much guilt. The fiber will keep you feeling satisfied so you don’t over-indulge. Acupuncture can also stabilize hormones and reduces the symptoms associated with PMS like cramps, mood swings, bloating, cravings, etc.
