About Hanna
Hanna’s Story
Hanna’s interest in acupuncture grew out of her own experience as a patient receiving acupuncture to heal from chronic pain that was the result of multiple car accidents throughout her twenties. She has also worked for years as a massage therapist and saw how intricately the body is connected. She was fascinated by the holistic and integrative nature of acupuncture, and how an ancient medicine helped her to not only find relief from pain but also achieve greater mental clarity and emotional balance.
As a mental health advocate, Hanna especially enjoys working with anyone struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, insomnia, chronic stress, and any mental or emotional burden that hinders the ability to thrive and love life. Additionally, with a background in massage, Hanna has a natural affinity for treating musculoskeletal pain and has specialized training in orthopedic, sports, and trigger point acupuncture. Furthermore, her background as an esthetician and knowledge of skincare lends itself nicely to working with cosmetic acupuncture and micro needling patients.

Hanna is also a devoted yoga and meditation practitioner and has practiced for twelve years. Hanna offers an open-hearted presence in working with her patients, and understands the intertwined and inseparable nature of the human body-mind-spirit continuum. She firmly believes in the body’s natural ability to heal itself and gets great fulfillment out of partnering with her patients to achieve optimal well-being.
In her free time she enjoys trying new recipes, hiking and playing with her dog, spending time with family, and reading and listening to podcasts. She also loves the sunshine. Born and raised in Colorado, Hanna has a great love of the outdoors and enjoys all types of seasonal activities including camping, snowboarding, fishing, leaf-peeping in the fall and wildflower-peeping in the spring.
